- Please verify you have the correct shipping address on your order before making payment as this is the address we will ship to.
- We are not responsible for any return shipping cost if the product didn’t meet your expectations or placed a wrong order after the order has been shipped out. However, if your product is damaged or defective, these exceptions do not apply. In this case, we offer a full refund or free replacement without any need for return label fees. - Items that weigh less than 150 lbs will be dispatched by UPS. While items that weigh more than 150 lbs will be delivered by truck.
