On average, the typical delivery time frame is between 4 to 6 business days. If you do not receive a tracking number within 6 business days of placing the order, please email us at info@sootheseating.com.

We currently offer free shipping only to the United States. Unfortunately, we do not offer free shipping internationally yet, contact us to get a shipping quote to your country.

Shipping times vary as we do ship from different fulfilment centres based on your location. On average, the typical delivery time frame is between 5 to 10 business days.

Depending on your location and the fastest available service, your parcel will be shipped via either UPS, USPS, FedEx or Pioneer.

If you have mistakenly entered the wrong address or if it was auto-filled incorrectly, kindly reply to your order confirmation email and confirm the correct address or notify us via email at info@sootheseating.com within 24 hours of placing your order. After 24 hours of submitting incorrect information, we will not be able to offer any refunds.
