Returns are handled differently: 
  • For defective items, we offer a full refund or free replacement without any need for return label fees. 
  • For non-defective items, we would charge return label fees and refund the rest of the money to you.

  • We offer a 30-day return policy on all items.
  • To return an item, please contact us within 30 days of receiving your order.
  • If you return the packages by yourself, you will receive a full refund. 
  • We do not charge any restocking fees.

Our commitment to your satisfaction includes a manufacturer's warranty on all our products. Should the product be defective or damaged within the warranty period, you have the assurance of a full refund or a replacement. Please reach out to us for specific warranty details. 
 
For non-defective related issues: We do not refund or return original shipping charges. You are responsible for paying for your shipping costs for returning any item to SootheSeating.com. If you are unable to ship the item out, we will process a return shipping label. Once we’ve received the returned item, we will then process your total refund, excluding return shipping costs, to your original method of payment.  
 
Ineligible Products for Returns: 
Please note that certain products are ineligible for returns under the following conditions: 
  • Clearance sale and inventory sale purchases. 
  • Products that have been used or modified. 
However, if your product is damaged, defective or has any quality issues upon arrival, these exceptions do not apply. In this case, we offer a full refund or a free replacement without any need for return label fees. Please contact us, and we will work with you to find the best solution.

Upon return, all products will undergo a thorough inspection at our warehouse. Once the inspection is completed (within 5 to 7 business days), credits will be issued to your account.
